Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain full ownership rights to all characters and images you generate using our service
• You may use your generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use
• You are responsible for ensuring your generated content does not infringe third-party rights
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your generated content as necessary to provide the service

Our Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to our AI models, algorithms, and software
• Our website design, user interface, and preset options are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service

Payment Terms and Credit System

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited usage credits. Free tier users receive:

• A limited number of free credits upon account creation

Credit Packages

Our service operates on a credit-based system with one-time payments:

• Credits are purchased through one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions
• Upon successful payment, all purchased credits are immediately added to your account
• Credits do not expire and remain available until used
• Each character generation consumes a specified number of credits
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of service failure
• We may change credit package prices with reasonable notice to new purchasers
• Existing credit balances are not affected by price changes

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method for the credit package you select.

Credit Usage

• Credits are deducted from your account balance each time you generate a character
• Failed generations due to system errors will not consume credits
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• You can view your current credit balance in your account dashboard

Usage Limitations

• Character generation is limited by your available credit balance
• We may implement rate limiting to prevent system abuse and ensure fair access
• Excessive rapid-fire requests may result in temporary account restrictions
• Credits remain available until consumed, with no expiration date
• We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limitations to maintain service quality

Content Moderation

We employ automated and human content moderation to ensure compliance with our policies:

• Generation requests are screened for prohibited content
• We may refuse to generate content that violates our policies
• Violations may result in account warnings or suspension
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• Appeals can be submitted through our support system

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party claims related to your use of the service

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Termination

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable grace period. Any remaining credit balance will be forfeited unless termination was due to our breach of these Terms.
